Core Manufacturing Capabilities

Materials:
Stainless steel, brass, copper, nickel silver, phosphor bronze, beryllium copper, and pure nickel sheet.

Thickness Range:
0.1mm –1 mm for through-etch parts; up to 3 mm for half-etch parts.

Material Size:
Optimal precision achieved within 300×400 mm or 300×500 mm sheet dimensions.

Hole Patterns:
Round, square, hexagonal, gradient, and other custom shapes (freely variable within specified dimensions).

Hole Size:
Minimum hole diameter should be greater than the material thickness.

Outer Dimension Tolerance:
Minimum ±0.03 mm (tolerance increases with material thickness).

Half-etch Depth Tolerance:
±0.02–0.03 mm.

Half-etch Area Tolerance:
Dimensional tolerance increases proportionally with etching depth.

Production Capacity:
Up to 500,000 pcs per month with rapid prototyping and mass production capability.
